We collect information you provide when creating an account (wallet address, email, or OAuth token via Privy), along with usage data such as trading activity, settings, and session logs.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is used to operate the platform, process trades, calculate fees, provide customer support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. WALLET DATA
Wallet addresses are public on the Solana blockchain. We store your wallet address to associate it with your account. Private keys are never requested or stored by Tradoor Tech.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use Privy for authentication, Jito for MEV-protected transaction routing, and infrastructure providers for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Trade history is retained for a minimum of 12 months for auditing purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
6. SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; use the platform at your own risk.
